OUR SCIENCE

We are exploring oncogenic pathways to expand use of existing and new targeted therapies to address more tumor types and oncogenic mutations. Current areas of focus include:

• Leveraging new technology platforms such as promising antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), leading to the development of a “first in industry” bi-specific ADC that recognizes two distinct tumor-associated antigens
• Investigating the role that acquired resistance due to MET amplification may have across tumor types, and how that can potentially be targeted through combination therapies
• Exploring mechanisms to overcome primary and secondary resistance to anticancer agents by targeting proteins that resist apoptosis and tumor cell death for inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs)
